Subject:Turntable Effects?

Is there an effect or plugin for Acid Pro that has a turntable like effect? where you can slow or speed up a track or scratch it?
(And no, changing the tempo does not create the smae effect!)

Don't know about scratching, but slowing down and speeding up can be nicely done with Sound Forge via the Effects>Pitch>Bend command on the menu bar. (Sound Forge XP Studio comes free with ACID Pro. I believe XP Studio also has the effect.)

There's an interesting app over at analogx.com that does scratching. It's a good start, but we are a long way away from the real thing.
