Acidizing 9 CDs is no laughing matter so I have done some investigating on batch processing. Here is the current status.

1) Acidhead, freeware with a bug re "No transpose/no Rootkey"-option.
This is essensial for drum-loops.
Author has not responded. Otherwise useful.

2) Acidizer, shareware. The author has to send an unlock file after paying, but it takes several weeks to get an answer. I have not received any file yet and cannot report on the usability. Not recommended.

3) Awave Studio, shareware. Have been exchanging emails with the author who is currently in contact with Sonic Foundry to get the Acid-specifics. Looks promising.

4) Translator from Chickensys, commercial. Have been exchanging emails with the author to iron out some bugs re the "Non-transposing" option and improve the conversion.Looks promising.

Suggestions to Sonic Foundry:

1) Include Acid batch-processing in your product-line.

2) How about another option where you set the BPM for loops and the number of beats get calculated automatically, similar to the beatmapped/disk-based option. Sometimes you have waves of different lengths (fills for instance) but the same tempo within a folder. This in a batch-process would really speed things up.
