I just wasted 210 sheets of paper printing out the .pdf file manual for Acid 3.0, only to find very important pieces of information missing throughout the printed copy. For instance, the support phone numbers on pages 1 & 2 are missing, and the commands on pages 22-27 are also completely blank (the only thing showing up is shaded rectangles where the information is supposed to be). Very frustrating...

Why don't you just keep the 200-odd pages you have and separately print the ones you are missing? This is probably a temporarily problem with your printer, maybe has something to do with printing pictures from the Adobe Reader.
