Subject:SF6 installation problem

Trying to install SF 6 demo and after requesting confirmation on eula and installation directory it errors with the message 'The Installation has been prematurely ended'. Can anyone point me in the right direction on this problem.

Running WinXP, logged in with admin rights, 512mb ram, 60gb hd

Not yet but I'm in communication with Sonic Foundry so as soon as I receive an answer I will post
