I have a friend who wants to buy my copy of acid pro that I am no longer using. Can I transfer the registration info to them. or What will happen if they register the sw if it is registered to me?

Yes, you should be able to. Be absolutely sure you contact Sonic Foundry concerning this issue. Basically state you'd like to transfer your registered license for ACID Pro to someone else and give their name, address and email address.

They'll give your friend a new serial to use. Be sure you also give your friend everything possible—box, manual and media.
