Subject:heavy metal loops...help?!?

Hey all... I was wondering where I can get some heavy metal guitar loops. All that I have seen from Sonic foundry are not actual heavy metal. I am talking, metal of 80's, like Iron Maiden, Slayer and even just hard rock like AC/DC, etc. I am also looking for some power metal guitar and bass (Rhapsody, Edguy, etc). Thanks... --Eryk |

I don't know if this'll help you any, but I know the Industrial Toolkit has some nice distorted guitar loops in there (as well as some bass chops). If you actually like the sound of the loop but don't like the way it's arranged, you could use the Chopper (in ACID Pro only) to rearrange it. HTH, Iacobus |

You're welcome. I forgot to mention I have that very collection too and use it a lot in my projects. Actually, you can hear (if you listen close enough) one of the riffs from that collection in my winning remix of Static-X's "Black and White". (wink, wink...push, push) :) Iacobus |

if i made a 20 piece set of loops would you want to buy them? i've seen so many posts for loops that if there is $ interest, i think i'll crank out a few genres worth. what do you guys think?? |

Well, I can make my own riffs now that I have the equipment, but for those who don't want to or just don't know how to play a guitar, I'm sure it would be worth your time and labor. Iacobus |
