ok i need some hardcore help, i just downloaded soundforge 4.5 from my friend, but, i dont have the tools tab so i can extract the regions, so basicly im screwed. i downloaded the plugins but they dont get recognized in soundforge, so how do i do this DAMMIT?!

Dammit - Run phorrest Run! To your nearest store or the Sonic Foundry website and buy Soundforge. My region extraction works excellent - especially after you pay for the software.
