I went to the website and listened to the voice you where asking about. I think you are talking about the anouncer's voice. There is also voice's being transmitted over radios in the background towards the end, but I will describe some things to try for the announcer. First I would like to say, he sounds like a professional announcer, and is similar to the announcer in the movie "Scream" or "Halloween", but my point is he has a good dynamic voice and a good voice can't be created by an effect. That's why these guys with these voices get paid a lot of money to do what they do. He has kind of a deep voice, so you may try a "Pitch shifter" effect and reduce the pitch of the voice anywhere between -2 to -4 semitones and experiment with the check box to "preserve duration" (ie see if you like it with or without preserve duration). He has some sort of reverb or doubler effect on his voice also. I would try to add a little "plate reverb" or "small room" or even try to add some "Chorus". All of these will make the voice sound "thicker" than what it really is. Also, you might want to try adding a little "Flanger" effect to the voice and see if that adds a little erie kind of feel to the voice. All of these in subtle doses might give you the effect you're looking for. Brasil is doing good in the World Cup, my wife has turned me into a Corinthians futsbol fan and I am working on turning her into a "red wings" hockey fan. Maybe the U.S. will play Brasil in the World Cup, then I think their will be some tension in the household that day.
