Subject:Question for DJ's using Acid re tempo shifts

Hello all, Is there a way to add a tempo change 'envelope' rather than a spot change to an Acid project? In the same vein, how do people cope with tracks with tempos that shift? It's not a turntable wow/flutter issue, it's a genuine tempo change. Any ideas gratefully received. Thanks a lot. Steve. |

There isn't a tempo envelope available in ACID (right now, anyway). Sorry. If there's an extreme tempo change in the track, I'd probably insert a tempo marker where the new tempo occurs so the rest of the project reflects the tempo change in the track. Other than that, maybe use Sound Forge (or other audio editor) to make selections and adjust tempo. Iacobus |

use a mtronome/click as your tempo guide and sync your vinyl to that. |
