Subject:SF 6 and Mainconcept MPEG Plug-in

If I already have Mainconcept's MPEG Plug-in for Mainconcept's MainActor, how do I get it in SF6 or do I have to purchase separate from Sonicfoundry?

If the Mainconcept MPEG Plug-in is DirectX it should work with SF.
The batch converter, which comes free with the full version of 6.0, does MP3 conversions among lots of other process'. It is a separate download however.
