Subject:MainConcept Problem..

I've registred the plugin, and the first few times (2 or 3) i used it i could configure it by clicking the custom button, now when i click the custom button NOTHING happens, but i could still use the tamplates to encode, but nothing happens when i click custom..
Please advise...
