Is there a way to be able to record at diff. beats per minute with diff. loops you bring up? Also what should I do in order to ensure the music is of the best quality before putting on a cd? Like are there setting to take out hissing, or etc.? Thanks For Any Help In Advance |

bpm change = insert tempo change as for quality, garbage-in = garbage-out |

Not assuming that what you are doing is "garbage," the best thing to do is play with the plugins you have. Pay attention to the mix first. Once that is done, you may want to tweak the EQ, give it some compression to make it hotter (louder), but not too hot (IMHO). You really don't need to do much more than that unless you have some really harsh moments, in which case you might have to play with multi-band dynamics, noise reduction, etc. As for "hiss" you really shouldn't have any if everything has remained in the digital realm. Some of the loops get pretty harsh, so make sure your not hearing "intended" noise. If someone were to ever invent the "make it sound great and loud" button, they'd be set for life. Everyone has their tricks and preferences -- you've just got to listen, experiment and make LOTS of mistakes. |
