Subject:Acid 8pack loops repository?

Is there somewhere someplace where all the old 8pack loops can be found? I tried to search acidplanet.com for them but to no avail - maybe it's a legality thing and sonicfoundry don't want people to create a repository for them....could someone shade some light on the subject?

Your're right on target here: there is no repository and
it's illegal for anyone to distribute them. You can find more details in the faqs.

Just what I thought...too bad :( i just can't keep track of the weeks and miss out on some 8packs..guess I need to get a scheduling prog to remind me while I am surfing "GET THE new 8PACKS NOW!!!!" LOL

Suzan: just a curious question, but when does the 8 pack get updated? I've narrowed it down to midweek sometime, but haven't taken the effort to figure out exactly when yet.

It updates on Fridays. (I know because the Dyno-Saur 8 Pack a few weeks ago was mine, and that's when Mike said it would be up.)

PS I've really liked the user submitted 8Packs but Jessariah's was the only one that was atmospheric (so far). He did an excellent job making it feel as if dinosaurs were roaming around.
