Subject:NO PLAYBACK!! ARG!!

i upgraded to windows 98 to use sonic foundry but when i did that the sound card name changed in the device mannager in the control panel. i can get sound out of other things but sonic foundry. the speakers are hooked up correctly as far as i know and the drivers are installed. please help

Try reinstalling drivers for your soundcard and DirectX. That should help.
