Subject:MIDI and Windows XP

I cannot find anywhere any help on the VMR for XP. The help Knowlege base etc, talks about 98, ME, 2000. I try to use them but XP told me not to do it because it may mess it up. Anyone know where I can find step by step instructions to get this thing to work? I would also need the XP vertion ofVMR for this.

Hi Paul,

I have no problems using the VMR in Windows XP. Don't worry too much about that ominous warning; that just means that the driver didn't go through Microsoft first before being verified for use with XP.

Use the Windows NT/2000 version of the VMR. Check out the full ACID Pro manual for instructions on setting up the VMR (beginning on p. 164).
