Subject:sound forge 6 and quicktime .mov files ?

dowloaded sf6 as i was attracted by the ability to import quicktime ..... but it doesnt seem to be able to ..... what am i doing wrong ...

Have you installed QuickTime yet? You have to download the QuickTime player and tools from Apple in order for Sonic Foundry software to read and write QuickTime files.

The free player is more than sufficient, but it does help to install the complete set of authoring tools.
