I just got the $50 sound forge and I was told to use the noise reduction button for the task I am doing but, I can't find the noise reduction button. So Where Is it? |

noise reduction is an add-in product. You will need to upgrade from your current version of SoundForge and will need to buy the Noise Reduction software also. There was a special package deal, it may still be in effect. Just check the websidt for those details. RiRo |

Trevor, i'm afraid you're in for a bit of a monetary shock. Noise reduction is a separate plugin and it only works with the full version of Sound Forge, not the XP / Studio version. You can upgrade to the full version of Sound Forge for $249.95 and purchase Noise Reduction for $279.97. There was an offer to get both for only $299.95 for a while, but that expired a few weeks ago. Sorry i can't give you better news than that. |

If you have payed for the plug-in, it is under "directX" on the tool bar. Bob |
