Subject:DSP2000 C-port?

Hiya,
I'm truely stunned about the DSP2000 C-port and am considering buying it.
I searched the faqs and learned that it is supposed to run smoothly /w an Intel chipset based mobo and a P4 in WinXP. Cubase SX was also mentioned. But what about Soundforge 6?
I've had some serious problems /w Soundforge and my old, so I want to make sure that everything is supposed to work fine b4 I go out and spill my dosh.
So please tell me.
