Subject:Choosing an Accoustic mirror

I recently downloaded all of the accoustic mirror files.
My job consist of recording monologues/speech with no music in the background.
There are so many choices of mics-condenser/dynamics to choose from that I am quite lost on which is best to pick. I understand that I should "test and see" but I just wonder if anyone has a preference for a particular "accoustic mirror" mic they use for a speech/vocal/monologue sound file that they would like to share with me.

Thank you

Shaun

For that type of work, I can't think of any significant advantage to using Acoustic-mirror, un-less of course you need an effect. If a program was properly recorded to begin with, the best kind of signal processing in many instances... is none. Aside from normalizing and a little compression/limiting depending on the final product format.
That's my opinion.
