Subject:Can't Install ACID 4.0 Download Version

Just purchased and downloaded ACID 4.0. When I try to install I keep getting an error message: "Unable to write to the temp directory in C:\DOCUMEN-1\STEVEN-1\LOCALS-1\Temp\. Check that you have write access to this directory."

I have received this message on both desktop with XP Pro and laptop with XP Home. I am the Administrator on both PCs. No network.
Never had this problem with any software (SF or others)on either PC before.
Any thoughts?

what about another folder? same thing?

I have the same problems...and I don't know how to change the default folder for the installation process...just after clicking the install file, the error message pops up. I don't get any options to change folders.

PS: I have w2k and use administrator mode
