Subject:XFX: any difference?

I'm thinking about buying one of the XFX plug-ins. Actually, the "mastering" one (XFX 2).
Will I see any noticeable difference in my final mix? I mostly make video but I'd use it for music too. I know there's already a few EQs and filters in Vegas and Acid and SForge but, still, will I notice a big difference?
As for the other (XFX 1 & 3): do you have any comments?

I think the XFX 1-2-3 plugin ARE included in acid&vegas&sound forge, you don't have to buy them.

That is correct. Vegas Video 3.0, Acid Pro 4.0, and Sound Forge 6.0 all include the XFX plug-ins.

Thanks, that clears up this slight kind of confusion I had when I visited the site to see these effects...
