Subject:XFX : worth it?

I'm thinking about buying one of the XFX plug-ins. Actually, the "mastering" one (XFX 2).
Will I see any noticeable difference in my final mix? I mostly make video but I'd use it for music too. I know there's already a few EQs and filters in Vegas and Acid and SForge but, still, will I notice a big difference?
Also: I got Sound Forge Studio 6; am I right saying I can't use this plug-in with this "limited" app? Anyway, I'd probably use it in Vegas but, still, the question remains...
As for the other (XFX 1 & 3): do you have any comments?

The pro version of Sound Forge 5.0 or later and Vegas Video 2.0 or later and ACID Pro 3.0 or later (not counting bundled LE versions) include all three XFX packages. So you may already have them depending on which versions of ACID and Vegas you are running.

In the ACID or Vegas plug-in explorers, check for "Sonic Foundry _______" :

Chorus, Multi-Tap Delay, Simple Delay, Pitch Shift, Reverb, Time Stretch (XFX1)

Graphic Dynamics, Graphic EQ, Multi-band Dynamics, Noise Gate, Paragraphic EQ, Parametric EQ (XFX2)

Amplitude Modulation, Distortion, Flange/Wah-Wah, Gapper/Snipper, Smooth/Enhance, Vibrato (XFX3)

Sound Forge *Studio* 6.0 does not support any of the XFX (or any other 3rd party plug-ins). It supports only Sonic Foundry ExpressFX 1-3, but these are included in the install.

If you are using old versions and don't have them, I don't recall what the individual packages are going for, but it may be a better deal to just upgrade to the pro version of Sound Forge 6.0.

Thanks, that clears up this slight kind of confusion I had when I visited the site to have a look at these effects...
