If it is listed in the "Add/Remove Programs" list in Windows, you can uninstall it there. You should be able to reinstall it by installing the drivers from the CD-ROM or downloading and installing the newest drivers from the manufacturer's website. I would recommend contacting the manufacturer for assistance especially if this is something you haven't done before.
