I want to make on PC with dual processor,
what is the best configuration hardware and software?

thats a big question that deserves alot of research.. I wish I had a good answer for you.

Be sure the mobo uses an Intel chipset and that it will support at least 1.5GB memory. You will have to use Windows 2000 Pro or XP Pro as your o/s because the others don't support multiprocessors.

At this time I would not use AMD CPUs, only Intel for MPS.
