Hi. I'm trying out the Acid 4 demo and I've run into a problem with MIDI preferences. I go into Options/Preferences/MIDI and select the MIDI in/out/through for the devices that I want active and select OK. The next time I go into that dialog, the settings are back to the way they were originally before making the changes. What gives? Is this a demo limitation or what? Thanks.

I have done the same and it works with Acid 4 demo.

My preferences are not saved either, and I don't have the demo. I downloaded the full-blown version for $99, so it's not just a demo bug--it's a bug, period. I can put up with it OK for now, because I'm sure this is on SoFo's list of things to fix (I hope).

Which version of Windows are you using? Also, are you experiencing any other trouble (i.e. crashes)? New changes to ACID's preferences will be lost if the software crashes.

I am using Win XP. After I make changes to the MIDI device selection I click OK. Then I go immediately back into the preferences with out doing anything else and the selections that I changed are no longer changed. Let me know if this is not clear.
