It's more a feature of your sound card than of the software you are using. Double-click the little yellow speaker icon to go to the mixer control panel for your sound card. Click Options. Properties, Recording, OK. You will now be looking at the input mixer which controls what gets recorded. Look for a channel labeled something like "PC Speaker", "Mixed Output", or "What You Hear". Select this channel and adjust the volume as necessary.
