uninstalling ACID 4.0 does the trick!!!! no more errors!!!

uninstalling ACID 3 AND ACID 4, cleaning the registry then REinstalling ACID 4,

makes it better, defientety, or maybe its the placebo effect.... lol

BUT

for some strange reason,

on a certain project I have, The CPU is up around 60% the whole time, And play fine when many disk based , MIDI, and loop tracks are playing at the same time.
But then when the project ends, it only has 2 loops tracks playing, and the proccesser flies up to 100% and slows the project down!!!

I dont get it~!

that don't sound good. Acid 3.0 and Sonar it is...for the time being, anyway.
