Not at all. You are going above and beyond the call in both patience and persistance. We do appreciate all of your reports and understand any frustration that you are having. Venting is expected and we regret any difficulties you are having.

We are working hard to release an update that will fix as many of the problems you and others are experiancing with ACID 4.0.
