Hey all,

I remember seeing a post earlier (couldn't find it in search) about MTC syncing Acid 4 and Sonar (or not?). Has anyone been able to do this? If so, how did you set it up?

My interface is a Biport 4x2s.

Thanks

Jessariah,

If you are syncing the two pieces of software on the same machine via MTC or MIDI clock, you will probably get better results using a software MIDI loopback device, such as our Virtual MIDI Router (available here), MIDIYoke (here) or another such as Hubi's MIDI LoopBack (here).

These virtual MIDI ports will route MIDI data from one piece of software to another, often without as much of the latency that can sometimes be involved with hardware.

HTH,
Nate

Thanks, Nate.

BTW, what does "HTH" stand for?
