Does Acid 3.0 or 4.0 support dual proccessors and Windows 2000 or XP OS?

Yes to all of the above. As long as you don't install XP Home.

Both ACID 3.0 and 4.0 are multithreaded and can take advantage of both CPU's in a dual processor machine. The OS itself takes care of scheduling and assigning threads for each CPU.
