Subject:more tutorials?

Do you know some sites where I could get more "hands on" tutorials concerning Acid Pro 4? I got a few of them with Vegas but don't really know where to go with Acid ...
and since I don't really dig these "demonstration" tutorials necessiting a broadband line which only show you things instead of making you play with it...
