I've used Echo Laylas exclusively for over 3 years. Works perfect with my SOFO apps. Are you referring to Echo's software console? If so I've seen better layouts but I use a external console so its a non-issue for me personally. I'm more concerned with sound quality, stability, and good support. Echo gets very high marks in all these areas. drbam |

Sonic Foundry. I use a Mia (yeah yeah Missing In Action) and it has those new, killer 24-bit converters, nice. I know what you mean about the multichannel console, it's not very intuitive and the graphics look like they got lifted from some pre-school spelling app. But they do work, just takes a little patience and trial and error. As opposed to 4.0 which was designed by patients and involves a lot of error, and will end up in a trial. |

I've been using the Darla 20 on my Win98se P3 800 system and I've never had any problems with ASIO or Classic Wave Driver. George Ware |
