How can i set the loop in BM at a later position in the file and still import whole file?

If i adjust BM loop to find correct BPM it inports file from loop point only and does not import the begining

If you start beatmapping the file partway through, then that is where ACID will offset the event to when you paint it onto the timeline. If you still want the file to beatmapped AND you want the beginning, just paint the beatmapped portion to the timeline, then click the left edge of your event and extend the event back to the beginning of the file.
