Subject:MP3 Import Acid Pro 4

I have recently purchased Acid Pro 4 to do DJ mixes with but it dosent see my MP3 files in the explorer window and even if i try to import them in any other way it says format not supported. Acid Pro 3 worked fine doing this task but i cant even get the files into acid 4 Help!.I have done some research and on the Acid Pro Features page at sonic foundrys website it says acid pro 4 allows mp3 importi need this feature as it's the only reason i bought this dam prog. Any ideas or solutions would be greatfully recieved. Thanks |

Perhaps you have used up your free MP3 encodes and need to register to obtain unlimited MP3 encoding. If MP3 isn't unlocked for encoding then ACID won't be able to read the files either. To register for MP3, make sure you have some audio in your ACID project and select File | Render As. Choose MP3 from the list of formats, and click the Custom button. Click the Register button in the Custom Settings dialog and follow the instructions. You will need to restart ACID so that MP3 files show up in the media explorer. |
