Subject:SF6 vs. SF studio

Just noticed today installing SF6, that when running in Demo mode there is an option for Sound Forge 6 or Sound Forge "Studio". I looked on this website in the "comparison" section of Sound Forge, and didn't see any mention about a "Sound Forge Studio". What is Sound Forge Studio? I just assumed this was the equivalent of Sound Forge XP with a new name....is this correct?

Here's the family comparison for 6.0 Studio and 6.0.

Thanks, for the info. Looks like another SF marketing confusion technique.....I mean I use Sound Forge 6 professionally in a studio....So wouldn't I want to purchase "Sound Forge Studio", if I was a person buying it for "Studio" use. Really guys, who is in charge of the naming decisions on your products? "Studio" is XP!!! Why couldn't it be as easy as "Sound Forge Professional" and "Sound Forge"/"Sound Forge Lite"/"Sound Forge Home". Geeeeeeeeeeeeeez!!!

Personally, I would have named it Sound Forge LE,in keeping with the LE theme(Vegas Video). But hey, I don't remember them calling me to ask, unless I wasn't home at the time. DAMN IT!! I knew I should have bought an answering machine!!!

Hey, MyST, you didn't miss anything by not having an answering machine. I have one, and they didn't leave a message on it for me either! (Although I DID get a message telling me I was eligible for a free trip to Florida, as long as I paid em like $400!) Geeee...now that I think about it, I probably don't need an answering machine either!

(And congrats to RED for shelling out the big bucks for the 6.0 upgrade!! That RED...he's definitely a guy who's old school/21st century all in one!)
