Sure. Just use ALT+n (where n represents a number) to select a specific view. (You can go to View on the menu bar to see the whole list and the respective shortcut.)

If you already have the Chopper open, for example, pressing ALT+2 will focus on the tool. If the Chopper isn't open, the shortcut will also simply open it and focus on the tool.
