Doing a commercial and need to create a voice track that sounds like a "robot"...can this be done in SoundForge XP 4.5 or possible Acid Pro 3....if not, anyone have any suggestions...

You might try RBC Audio Tweaker (http://www.rbcaudio.com) ... it has a preset for this effect I think.
