Please recommend a clean and easy to use soft synth. My needs are basic, I just want some good presets that are easy to tweak a bit. Most of the SS I look at are way to complicated. Crazy stuff out there. I use reason and love the Subtraktor and NN19 sampler, but it's of no use unless it's VST. I've been messing with NI FM7, and don't really care for the FM synthesis. I'd like something "analog" with a basic user interface. Done many searches, and am not thrilled with the results thus far. The only thing that really looks like what I would like is Logic's synths which are also useless as VST. On another similar note, I think it would be cool if SF would release some VST stuff. Thanks all. |

Perhaps one of these: PlasticZ - incredibly easy, cheap Scorpian - very easy, cheap Junglist - pretty easy, moderately expensive Pentagon - pretty easy, moderately expensive Delta-III - moderately complex, moderately expensive Pro-53 - pretty easy, pretty expensive Look here: http://www.kvr-vst.com/ |
