XP Input Format, Samples, BPM, HELP! -Sound Forge - PC

Posted by: stiesdesign Date:10/4/2002 10:34:26 AM greets, i have a looping project where the # of samples (like 100,000), beat per minute, beat per measure, needs to be exactly the same for each loop. i'm having a devil of a time in XP using the "Edit Tempo" feature to do this. No matter how hard i try it seems when i look at the loops in ACID they are off a hair from each other. i also have been trying the "Status: dialog box in the "Preferences" section of the "options" pull down menu. Any way to get all the loops consistent with XP or do I absolutely have to upgrade to the full version? Most of the Edit Looping tools are not present in XP. Maybe there is a way I can fix a portion of this and re-save in Acid? Thanks for your help.
