Subject:Sound forge not overwriting files when saving...

I used to love in Acid 3 and Sound forge 5 Just right clicking a file, opening it up in sound forge, editing it, saving it, and going back to Acid to find a newly edited file. it was that simple. now, everytime I save a file in Sound forge it says "file cannot be created"... I made sure that Acid puts media offline when it is not the active app, but it still does it. This also happens when Acid is not open, so I presume it is a Sound forge problem, or a problem with my programs configuration that I didnt set right or something. |

this only happens on some files... its when certain things are used... for instance if I delete a section of the file, i can save it. however, if I normalize it or flange it with a 3rd part DX effect, I cant save it. |
