hi
i have created a remix with acid 4.0 with a 5.1 surrounded system

how could i encode it to mp3 with out losing the surrounded stuff :)

You can't. There's no spec in the MP3 standard for surround encoding, only stereo.

An alternative? You'll have to render the mix as 6 separate tracks for encoding in an external DVD authoring program (or wait for SoFo's 5.1 plug-in).

I also believe Microsoft's new Windows Media 9 codec has support for surround. I'm sure that SoFo will support it once it's been finalized (out of beta).
