To achieve what you're trying to do, highlight the few seconds of the part from the other song, and then select "pitch shift" from the effects menu. You will have to find the root note of both segments to know how many semitones you'll have to shift the pitch to make them sound nice. If you need more help on this, reply back here. Also, you might try BabelFish, which would allow you to type in your native language (if it's supported) and have it translated to English for posting here, if that's easier for you.
