That's Brilliant!!!! It looks exactly like Vegas without the multiple tracks...or wasn't I suppose to say that? Actually, I love the new plugin chainer option and I see you've included a cue sheet printer....very nice :-) When is Vegas gonna get it's cue sheet printer, so that when I assemble a CD in Vegas I can hand my client a list of the tracks and durations, so they can include this with their liner notes and hand a copy to the duplication company? I also see it's a stand alone app now.....so how will it interface with Sound Forge? Right click open in sound forge option? or is that question obvious since it's a stripped down version of Vegas and I can expect all the options of vegas minus the faders on the left of the waveform and the multi-track features? Also a burn CD button would be nice to be able to add to my toolbar in Vegas. I'm starting to get away from any and all menu items and I've noticed when I have to burn a CD, that this is the only time I use the menus in Vegas anymore. I'm glad to see CD architect finally come back....but can we complete the promished features on one app before moving onto the other? 1 complete app, is much better than 4 incomplete ones. Sorry if some of my enthusiasm is lost in this new release because I'm actually happy to see CD architect back but, you've forced me to move onto Vegas for CD mastering, and the simple things that was in CD architect never got implemented in Vegas and now I'm suppose to be over joyed about CD architect 5.0? |
