(And before you tell me to send this message directly to SoFo -- I did. No reply.) Batch Converter works well with audio/Windows Media, but once you get into video, RM & QT, It seizes up at 100% and doesn't deliver. I know this comes bundled with SF 6 -- but it's also for sale on its own. If I dropped the money, I'd be screaming for a refund at this point. I know your plate's full, folks, but this is a problem that needs to be addressed.
