Subject:Loops contain silence at begining and end...

Ok, I've tried deleting, trimming, cropping, and regions to get rid of the few milliseconds of silence at the begining and end of my loop. It's just enough silence to where the tempo seems to slow down and it feels like it skips a beat or something. But everytime I save the file, it ends up putting the little silence in. It's the same bit everytime. How do I get rid of this so the file will loop properly?

Are you saving your file in the MP3 format? This is a part of the MP3 format, it automatically adds the silence at the beginning and ends like you're seeing and makes looping virtually impossible. Save as a .WAV and see if you get the same thing.
