Hello. It's me again. I apologize for the duplicate posts earlier!! I was "hiding" myself and didn't think my posts were getting through!! Who knows after you've seen my degree of posts, some of you may want to "hide" me from your screens as well!! =) Anyways, I think i have the hang of this thing now.............just thought of another question.....is it possible to have different tempos for different tracks and not affect the overall tempo of the project??? If so, how do you do it?? I know i can add tempo changes within a track, but how about for seperate tracks??

You can fool ACID into doing so. Check this SoFo KB article for more info.

without splitting and creating new track?

Unfortunately, not at the event level, no. What you suggested was a good workaround though.
