In past recordings, we have had many breaths in our songs. this time we said we'd record it dry (no reverb) and then edit them out with soundforge. all went well unti i noticed that acid makes it very hard to go out to my external effects (**the plug-in one is SHIT!!!!!**) anyways what i was trying to do was play the old vox through the outputs on my soundcard and then go to my Lexicon FX Box and then plug those outs into the ins on my soundcard. only one problem - my good friend FEEDBACK !!! i was thinking that on the FX box if i turned the mix all the way to wet it may work, but what if i want to do some compression on the vocals too with and outstide compressor??? is there any way to have a delay coming back ???? Thanks DJ XSOUNDZ btw there is so many (too many) posts about acid 4.0 here |

The only way you should have feedback is if you have your sound card set up to echo/monitor input to output or if you have your software set up to echo/monitor the input. You should be able to loop audio out of yur PC and back in without feedback. TeeCee |
