Subject:Can't import m2v video into Acid 4.0a

I'm using VV3 to create DVD video only and I want to bring them into Acid 4.0 and add the score. However, I will not accept the m2v video out of VV3.

This is video of stills and there is no sound track available.

Any thoughts?

No SF app can open MPEG elementary streams. For scoring purposes, render a DV proxy file and score with that- you'll get full framerate playback and you can view it on an external monitor if needed. When the score is done, output the audio to PCM or MPEG audio or (soon) AC-3 and marry that to the M2v file in your DVD app.

Apple Quicktime Pro is good for this and other conversions. The PC coding isn't that great and it takes a while for the renders, but it will get you out of a lot of jams, and it's only about thirty bucks.
