Recently I encountered several bad Registry entries pointing to missing files, such as these examples: C:\Program Files\Sonic Foundry\Shared Plug-Ins\File Formats\MP3\mp3plug.lng C:\Program Files\Sonic Foundry\Shared Plug-Ins\File Formats\MP3\mp3rw.lng C:\Program Files\Sonic Foundry\Shared Plug-Ins\File Formats\MCMPEG\mcplug.lng The ".lng" files are non-existent, but there are corresponding ".dll" files. I deleted the Registry entries that pointed to the missing ".lng" files. This would seem to be a bug in one of my Sonic Foundry programs. It could be Vegas Video 3, Sound Forge 6, or ACID Pro 4 (which was my most recent acquisition). Actually, I suspect ACID but don't know for sure which Sonic Foundry app installed the bogus Registry entries. Has anyone seen this? I also posted this in the Vegas forum. -- Seeker --
