Posted by: SHTUNOT Date:10/29/2002 7:05:34 PM When you press the "U" key to show/hide the buss track area underneith the track view while still showing the docking area alittle,do you lose function in your mouses scroll wheel? ex: I have a project with 10 loop tracks and 3 busses. I begin mixing and select 4 tracks to go to buss A. I press the U key and I now see the buss track area[with the docking area still exposed a bit under it]. But I then click on the loop track "5" that is still exposed just above the divider between the track view and buss track area. I click on track 5's volume fader and cannot change the value with my mouse wheel[even in the tracks drop down list of pan,bus a-inf,etc...the fader just doesn't work]. I CAN click on it and "drag" the fader. Pressing "U" again making the buss track view "hide" relieves the issues and everything works as normal. Pressing f11 and hiding the docking area leaving only the track view and buss track view fixes the problem also. This seems to only affect tracks that are closest to the divider of the track view and buss track view. Two tracks away or so it works again as well. Weird...why me? [sigh] On a side note I printed up the keyboard shortcut list and browesing through it I found that you can pause/resume playback by ALSO using F12+CTRL(from any window)...DOH!!!!!!!!![echo...echo...echo...echo...] ;) All is well now since I have updated my contour shuttle pro settings[button 7]. Though it fixes itself when I resize the tracks so that they become small enough to not be close to the divider. When I increase the size of the tracks once it gets again too close to the divider it craps out like before...And again it only affects the 1-2 tracks closest only. 3 on everything works fine...Otherwise work is going well. Damn virtual gremlins. Thanks.
